Join Us In June! Here’s How!
Applying is super easy. Fill out the form here. We will be in contact with you. You will receive detailed instructions on what to bring to Youth Range Workshop, medical release, a map to the Texas Tech Center and other documents to answer your every question.
Payment of $500 is due by June 1, 2024 to hold your spot. Contact us if you need ideas on potential sponsors. Often, local Soil and Water Conservation Districts will sponsor your tuition if you ask. They are located in the same offices as USDA Farm Service Agency and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service in most communities. Be aware the SWCD Boards of Directors usually only meets once per month, so do not wait until the last minute to contact them!

Where else could high school students from the top of the Panhandle, to the southern tip of the Rio Grande Valley, and from the Pineywoods of East Texas to the Chihuahuan Desert and Davis Mountains of West Texas, and all points in between come together for a week in the Hill Country to learn about rangelands and natural resource management while establishing lasting friendships? Youth Range Workshop is where it happens. Come join us for your chance to share in this experience.
